Description:

This approximately 1.88 acre site was first developed as part of the Toledo Light Gas & Coke Co. in the late 19th century. Industrial activity continued for nearly the next 100 years, before the site went out of use. It has now been vacant or underutilized for almost four decades. Geyde is currently pursuing the necessary environmental work to clear the site for residential occupancy, with an eye to a modern, mixed-use development.
