Description:

The Tower on the Maumee (formerly named the Fiberglas Tower) was designed by modernist architects Harrison & Abramowitz and is considered one of the best examples of mid- century modern architecture in the country. It was built as a part of I.M. Pei's Riverview Toledo Development by Columbus developer John Galbreath. The Tower on the Maumee is home to 106 high rise residential apartments, Directions Credit Union’s corporate headquarters, USI Insurance Services, and Davis University. The adjacent retail arcade is home to Balance Grille, The Flying Joe, iDance Adaptive Performing Arts Center, a Directions Credit Union branch, The Standard Crossfit, and Teddy P’s, as well as Geyde’s office. For pricing, availability, and floorplans of the apartments, visit the Tower on the Maumee's website.

Floor Plans and Availability

Exciting plans are underway at the Tower on the Maumee! Phase two of redevelopment on floors 2-13 will bring more residential units and commercial space to the heart of downtown. Floors 2-4 will offer up to 33,000 square feet of contiguous commercial space. The approximately 11,000 square foot 12th floor is also available for commercial use. We anticipate approximately 2,600 additional commercial square feet being available on the 13th floor.
